Faith is Reason Grown Courageous

The purpose of this blog is to offer encouragement in the process of pursuing a dream, goal or aspiration.

           Today I'm thinking a lot about the subject of faith. When I say faith, I am specifically speaking of the idea of believing " against all the odds" that surround our circumstances. Life throws some very difficult challenges at us. Our hopes, dreams, aspirations seem to get drowned out in the roar of "reality" screaming in our ears. But this is my conclusion: Without faith, we are helpless and hopeless. Without the ability to believe, our fates are sealed to be drug into a pit of despair and to perpetually wallow in the "Slough of Despond."
