                         The great gift of human beings is that we have the power of empathy. Meryl Streep


  There is untold power in the simple act of listening to others with an empathetic ear. An understanding nod, a quiet touch, and a love-filled deed is pregnant with life giving possibilities.


  This painting is part of a series I created a few years ago called, "The Dream Series". Held and nurtured in hands of human compassion, hope is restored; life is released.
