Sometimes, there are days that the best moment is it's end. The assurance that life will look a bit brighter just because you've been able to sleep and rest, is the inspiration to this painting. Having been happily married for 30 years, one secret I've learned is not to "dig stuff up" and "unload" at 11:50 PM. There's not too much good that comes out of me at that time of night! Ah, but give me a good night's sleep (and a cup of coffee) and the world is a sparkly place to live again.
