Composition and perspective have been the two recent focuses. Composition, the arrangement of what goes where, is such an important consideration, in my opinion.It's like priorities in life ,deciding what task is done when. Decisions for both composition and priorities can have dramatic results. They can make or break a day or a piece of art.
Perspective, in painting, is the illusion of depth on a flat surface. Perspective in life is the appearance of reality in our mind. Perspective in a painting can be checked and corrected by using a grid. Oh that life's perspectives could be so easily altered in our mind!
