"A Dream of Hope"

The process of painting a Durham Dreams portrait.

"A Dream of Hope"by Eleatta
(The painting process of creating a "Dream Portrait"in a few quick pics!)

This painting depicts the "dream"of
Bill Shore, Director of US Community Partnerships for GlaxoSmithKline , has for Durham.
"Light blue" was the color preference for this portrait.

Can you find the difference in this and the final painting  below?

I decided to change the second face to align with the others in order to create a sense of upward movement.

Here's the finished piece.

It was such an honor to translate Bill's dream for Durham's economically challenged areas.
The Durham Dreams Series will be on exhibit September and October in Durham, N.C.'s American Tobacco.
